Purchased this after comparing pricing on a closeout site as well as big box stores. Closeout site was out of stock so I checked Amazon and once again, they came through. Same price(quite a bit lower than now), great reliability as always. However, the company that shipped the product wrapped the valve portion in light plastic and shipped it taped to a light cardboard box containing the decorative parts. The shipper dropped it on my doorstep and left it there. After contacting the actual vendor and advising of this, they said to contact the shipping company if there was any damage. Not great service. Because it was metal, there was no visable damage but have no idea if internal damage was done and better packaging would have been safer. The actual product has been installed now for about 11 months and overall it is fine. Looks beautiful, but one of the rings on the control lever doesn't quite match in finish color...however, after the response from the vendor on the shipping, I chose to not bother about the non-matching color issue...perhaps that's what they're after? Anyway, funtionally, the product is fine. Would have liked to be able to adjust the level of water flow as well as the temp. but it is a standard, fixed flow...supposed to be water saving but not so sure about that since I cannot regulate the flow. Adjustable shower spray is nice to have. When pricing Danza products in stores, this was easily $100 plus, lower. Excellent buy.

this product is very neat,i like the one handle control design its better then 3 knobs.it was a lil tricky putting it in but after we installed it there was no problems.great buy
