 amazing quality and value Apr 16, 2011

I purchased this set to replace a replacement mixing valve installed prior to owning this home which had failed after a very short time.
In the past I have learned to resist "bargains" from contractor grade manufacturers and pursue value in higher grade items.
The mixing valve and trim came beautifully packaged and the shipping box was well protected from damage and securely sealed, as soon as you have the Danse package in your hands the value is evident simply by feeling the weight.
Once I unpacked the valve and trim and had a chance to closely inspect all components I was certain that this valve was going to last a very long time. All of the components are manufactured from solid stock and the engineering, fit and finish are practically flawless.
The installation instructions were straight forward and presented no issues if the installer is familiar with basic plumbing practices.
The installation itself took a little longer than anticipated due to slightly different mixing/diverting valve inlet center line orientation than the replaced valve, working inside of a 20 inch wide closet, and "help" from my 4 yr old Granddaughter.
Once installed the system was tested and found to function very smoothly when adjusting water temp or selecting function. The same held true for the shower head. The water flow from from the tub spout and shower head are more than adequate and very symmetrical.
My wife was very pleased with the phyical appearance of the completed installation, and we are both very satisfied with the quality and value incorporated.

I had the Danze Parma line of faucets installed in my 2 bathrooms. Everyone has been impressed with the quality and finish. My experience has been consistent with what other reviewers already said. Now what I would like to add is the superb customer support that comes with their products. I have sent email questions to the customer support via Danze's web site […] Every time I got a reply within 24 hours. The last time I sent my inquiry with a faucet's model number, they sent me an exact replacement part within a week to solve the issue for me. Needless to say I am a very satisfied customer!

Great style and solid faucet set Mar 19, 2011

Purchased this shower faucet etc. after trying a couple of others which didn't work in our bathroom. These simply look great and feel very solid. The guy installing these for us commented on how solid these felt compared to others he installs. We had them about a month and I have no complaints and love the style. Overall it was a great choice for us.
A few unique things to like about them. The switch from shower to bath is very easy to use. The bath tub downspout has water flow a bit like the showerhead. That is in comes out in numerious streams. I wouldn't buy it simply for taht but its kind of cool.

The Danze Parma line is a beautiful, premium line of plumbing products. They are quite expensive, but are built well and made of quality materials.

I am very happy with this purchase. It was an excellent finishing touch to my bathroom renovation. It looks very modern, the satin nickel finish is of excellent quality and it functions very well.
