Beautiful but slightly flawed Aug 05, 2009
By J. Michael Hitt This is a beautiful, tall, functional kitchen faucet. Installation took 15 minutes, for an amateur. The faucet swivels easily and the control valve is as smooth and elegant as they come. The flaw is in the plastic "snap seal" that holds the spray head on to the neck of the faucet. It takes two hands to snap the sprayer back in place; only to find that it falls off the neck and dangles if the user doesn't take special care to make sure that it is snapped in securely. A cheap little plastic clip is all that holds these two main parts together. I envision the problem worsening as the clip wears with use. I love the faucet otherwise, it's just too bad that the money that the manufacturer spent on the top grade stainless steel body and control valve has been compromised by a 10 cent plastic clip.

Very Nice But Room For Improvement Feb 09, 2010
By MadScientist

We have used this every day for several months and we are quite pleased with the faucet. There are, however, several issues that could benefit from some design improvements.
1. The retract spring should be stronger as it doesn't fully retract without manual intervention.
2. Remove the alignment notch from hose spray head that forces you to align the spray head with the mating notch-indentation in the hose guide assembly. This little piece of plastic forces you to rotate the spray head so that the spray button faces to the rear of the faucet. If you don't rotate the spray head then the head will not fully retract into the hose guide assembly. I simply removed the notch because it serves no practical function and I could care less which direction the spray button faces. It bothers me more when the head is not fully retracted.
3. I generally find that the O-ring that holds the spray head into the hose guide assembly, when retracted, works fairly well but the design would benefit from a magnetically held design. This would make retraction smoother and consistently position the spay head tightly into place.
Other than these few rather minor annoyances, we find that the quality is terrific and that the faucet's operation is both smooth and functional. The height is perfect for cleaning taller pots. We wouldn't hesitate to buy another one of these. We would rate it 4.5 stars if I could do so. We have talked to customer support about an issue with the soap dispenser and found them to be extremely responsive, courteous and helpful. I would give them 5 stars for customer support.

Sleek and superior Nov 03, 2008
By L. Schwemmer My husband about fainted when he saw what I paid for this faucet, but there are no regrets now that it is installed on our counter top and in our lives. Quality speaks for itself, and everything about this faucet has been a joy to use. We have had it for about six months now, and there have been no problems--just smooth operation which you soon take for granted. I didn't realize how spoiled I was until we bought a second home with a "builder grade" pull out faucet. That thing is chromed plastic and has a herky jerky reeling action, and is just hard to love after getting used to the Danze. Get the Danze.

pretty but faucet head feels cheap Oct 06, 2011
By souffle lover I had previously purchased other Danze products (pot filler) that were very solid & high quality. This was not. The faucet head was made out of plastic and did not have a quality feel to it.
Outstanding faucet & top quality all around Dec 26, 2011
By Kimberly Perkins We recently renovated a home, and used Danze faucets throughout. They were recommended and we are so very pleased. This Parma kitchen faucet is marvelous and not only functions perfectly, it is well made and gorgeous. After this positive experience, we now only use Danze in home renovations. Forget about the other brands. They may have made great faucets decades ago, but now make expensive junk. Go with Danze and you won't be disappointed.
