Great product but my item had been previously opened and pieces missing Feb 21, 2012
By fly747 Design is great. However, it was sold as new and the package had been opened and pieces were missing. Fortunately, my plumber was able to improvise and make it work but none the less it was frustrating to know Amazon sold me something that had been returned and had missing parts.
