not as good as another Minka I bought first Feb 01, 2012

I cannot seem to balance this fan, even with hours of fiddling around it still wobbles at high speed. It also makes a little noise in the motor. It appeared to be used when I got it - not completely broken down - partially assembled - don't remember the specifics, but do remember thinking it may have been refurbished or returned by someone else. I got this a long time ago and use it a lot. My other fan is much quieter and smoother than this one - both are Minka and cost about the same. You takes you chances!
